World's Best Rust and Stain Remover (R&S) is a buffered acidic solution expertly formulated to eliminate rust (iron oxide) and mineral stains from both porous and non-porous building surfaces. This powerful cleaner effectively removes:

Product Use Instructions:
For Concrete and Brick Stains:
- Mix R&S Remover, typically at a dilution of 1 part water to 2 parts R&S Remover (can be adjusted to a 1:1 up to 1:4 dilution based on stain severity).
- Wet the surface thoroughly before application.
- Apply R&S Remover to the damp surface using a spray, brush, or broom, ensuring an even coating over the affected area and surrounding surfaces.
- Allow the product to dwell until the surface dries, then rinse with a pressure washer. For stubborn stains, repeat as necessary.
- Note: Deep rust stains may only become visible when wet, so allow the surface to dry before assessing the effectiveness of the treatment.
For Non-Porous/Non-Mineral Surfaces (e.g., painted walls, stucco, vinyl):
- Rinse the surface with water first.
- Apply R&S solution to a damp (not dripping) surface, typically diluted at least 2:1, depending on the stain severity.
- Do not allow the product to dry. Rinse thoroughly once the stain is gone.
Coverage Guidelines:
One gallon of World's Best Rust and Stain Remover cleans approximately 250 to 800 square feet of concrete, depending on the stain's severity, dilution, and substrate porosity.
Warning: Always conduct a test in a smaller area before large-scale application. This product contains oxalic acid, which reacts with iron oxide to form water-soluble salts. Rinse thoroughly after use, and consider agitating with a brush for optimal results. For best results, lightly spray from control joint to joint rather than focusing solely on the stained area.
